Shipping

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of confirmation.
• FREE shipping on all orders above ₹400; a flat ₹49 shipping fee applies below that.
• Tamil Nadu addresses: 2-4 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of India: 4-7 business days after dispatch.
• You'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS as soon as your order ships.
• We currently ship only within India.

Returns & Refunds

Because kumkum, vibuthi and similar pooja essentials are consumable products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind once a package has been opened.

We will happily replace or refund your order if:

• The item arrives damaged or leaking.
• You received the wrong product.
• The package is missing an item you paid for.

To report an issue, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item received. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — please refer to the returns policy above instead.
